De la demanda para que se autorice al acreedor para que el hecho debido se ejecute por un tercero o por él mismo, a expensas del deudor, se dará traslado al demandado por tres días, con la prevención de que si no contesta se tendrán como probados los hechos de la demanda, si fuere admisible la prueba de confesión.
