Salvo lo dispuesto adelante, el capitán de la nave que entraré a un puerto cualquiera sin la matrícula que exige la ley, incurrirá en una multa de mil pesos ($1000), más cien pesos ($100) por día para el pago de la vigilancia extraordinaria de la nave durante los días que ésta permanezca dentro de la zona aduanera. Además, prestará fianza por cinco mil ($5000) para responder de que la nave no zarpará hasta que se le hayan expedido los despachos correspondientes. Mientras no haya sido prestada esta fianza no se permitirá a dicha nave embarcar ni desembarcar pasajeros ni carga. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
