La Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil prestará a los Municipios la ayuda necesaria para La. celebración de las elecciones previstas en el artículo anterior, las que tendrán lugar el día que señalen los respectivos Concejos y que será distinto de las demás elecciones que prevean la Constitución y la ley.
