Las Ligas o Asociaciones de carácter nacional debidamente registradas ante el Ministerio, elegirán en común acuerdo los dos representantes al Consejo Asesor del servicio de radioaficionados, creado por el artículo 18 de la Ley 94 del 14 de diciembre de 1992.

Parágrafo

En caso de no existir acuerdo, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, a través de la Dirección Administrativa de Comunicación Social, los elegirá de terna presentada por cada una de las Ligas o Asociaciones nacionales. Igual procedimiento se seguirá para la designación del representante de las Ligas o Asociaciones de carácter regional.
