Artículo primero. Destínase hasta la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000.00) moneda corriente, para auxiliar a los ciudadanos víctimas de disturbios que se han refugiado en los Municipios de Villavicencio y Sogamoso, suma que se distribuirá por iguales partes entre las dos ciudades citadas.
