Son faltas contra el deber de prevenir litigios y facilitar los mecanismos de solución alternativa de conflictos:

Promover o fomentar litigios innecesarios, inocuos o fraudulentos.

Entorpecer los mecanismos de solución alternativa de conflictos con el propósito de obtener un lucro mayor o fomentarlos en su propio beneficio.
