La declaratoria de extinción del derecho de dominio no procederá respecto de aquellos inmuebles ubicados en zonas donde hayan ocurrido desastres naturales calificados como tales por INGEOMINAS o por el HIMAT. En estas zonas la declaratoria procederá en los términos y plazos que señale el Gobierno.
