° Institutos docentes públicos son aquellos cuya creación se origina en leyes, decretos, ordenanzas o acuerdos y son financiados con fondos del tesoro público. Los demás se consideran institutos docentes privados, bien que sean creados u organizados por personas naturales o por personas jurídicas, pudiendo también estos institutos organizarse como personas jurídicas.
