El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga la letra b) del artículo 1.1.1.1.6., el inciso segundo del artículo 1.3.4.0.1., modificado por el artículo tercero del Decreto 2815 de 1991, artículos 1.6.0.0.11., 2.1.2.1.8., 2.1.2.2.4., la letra m) del artículo 2.1.2.2.5., la letra a) del artículo 2.1.2.2.10, los artículos 2.1.2.2.16., 2.2.2.3.4., 2.2.2.5.3., 2.4.7.4.1., 2.4.7.4.2., 2.4.7.4.3. y 2.4.8.2.2. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, los artículos 2º, 4º, 8º y 10 del Decreto 2815 de 1991, el artículo 3º del Decreto 2876 de 1991, el Decreto 57 de 1992 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
