º La Comisión Permanente tendrá a su cargo la evaluación anual de la ejecución de los contratos y podrá sugerir a las partes la revisión de sus cláusulas con el fin de lograr una cooperación más efectiva entre la Iglesia Católica y el Estado en un territorio determinado. Así mismo, la Comisión Permanente podrá sugerir a las partes que den por terminado el contrato o que celebren uno nuevo si fuere el caso.
