Art. 7°. Las disposiciones de este decreto tendrán cumplimiento especialmente respecto del empleo de los fondos con que contribuyan los Estados i los particulares, i que remitan a la Tesorería jeneral, con el objeto de que su inversion se haga bajo la inspección del Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
