Art. 49. El Poder ejecutivo para nombrar alguno de los doce alumnos cuya designacion le corresponde, hará que el Consejo del Instituto practique el exámen de que trata el inciso 3.° del artículo 44. La condicion impuesta por el incisio 2.° del mismo artículo se llenará con un certificado expedido, previo exámen por el médico del Instituto. Art, 59. No se admitirá en el Instituto ningun alumno oficial despues del 1.° de Febrero del respectivo año.
