Las obras deportivas que se construyan en el municipio sede de los Juegos del Litoral Pacífico serán de propiedad de la Junta Administradora de Deportes del Departamento al que pertenece el respectivo Municipio. La Junta Administradora de Deportes adquiere el compromiso de la conservación de dichas obras.
