El Artículo 132 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
El número, nomenclatura y precedencia de los distintos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos serán determinados por la ley.
La distribución de los negocios, según sus afinidades, entre Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos y Establecimientos Públicos, corresponde al Presidente de la República.
