:Facúltasela también para que contrate con una sociedad educadora el servicio de enseñanza secundaria, pudiendo, para tal fin, arrendar a dicha comunidad por un término no mayor de diez años el edificio en cuestión, y siendo por este concepto de cargo de las educadoras el sostenimiento de veinte becas para niñas externas pobres, de familias recogidas.
