Cuando se contraten por personas jurídicas o naturales, nacionales o extranjeras, a personas jurídicas que vayan a desarrollar labores propias de la profesión de Ingeniero Pesquero, se anexará además de la certificación de creación y representación legal, fotocopia de la (s) Matrícula (s) de Ingenieros Pesqueros que formen parte de la sociedad o estén vinculadas a ella.
