º . Naturaleza de la Comisión . La Comisión Intersectorial cumplirá una labor transitoria hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2001. Al término de este período deberá entregar un informe final de sus labores y las recomendaciones con destino al Presidente de la República, sin perjuicio que presente informes o recomendaciones en el transcurso de dicho período.
