LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 142. CESANTIA E INDEMNIZACIONES. El Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional que durante la vigencia de este Decreto se retire o sea retirado del servicio activo por cualquier causa, tendrá derecho a que el Tesoro Público le pague, por una sola vez, un auxilio de cesantía igual a un mes de haberes correspondientes a su grado por cada año de servicio o fracción de seis, (6) meses o más, tomando como base las partidas señaladas en el literal a) del artículo 139 y a las indemnizaciones que legalmente le puedan corresponder liquidadas, igualmente conforme al artículo 139 de este Decreto.
