Articulo único. Abrese al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública el siguiente crédito suplemental al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio económico de 1891 y 1892: CAPITULO 68 Gastos varios Escuela de artes y oficios. Art. 842. Para el sostenimiento del Instituto Salesiano de Bogotá, sueldo de maestro y pensiones de alumnos oficiales del mismo, cuarenta mil pesos $ 40.000. Suma este crédito cuarenta mil pesos $ 40.000. Publíquese.
