Con el fin de atraer y/o mantener personal calificado en los cargos de Directores de Hospitales Públicos o Gerentes de Empresas Sociales de Salud, se establece el Régimen de Estímulos Especiales, representados en estímulos académicos, derecho a pasajes y gastos de transporte y gastos para instalación por una sola vez.
