Articulo 3.º De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3.ºde la Ley 5.º de 1921, destinase la cantidad de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60,000) de los fondos que recibe y maneja la Junta Nacional de Canalización del Alto Cauca, para ayudar a la construcción del puente que sobre el mismo río y en el sitio denominado La Virginia , debe construirse entre la .Nación y el Departamento de Caldas.
