º. El Suboficial, tanto combatiente como de servicios que en dos concursos consecutivos par ascenso deje de obtener la nota aprobatoria fijada en la respectiva reglamentación, será licenciado del Ejercito por incapacidad técnica como lo establece el Decreto numero 1025 de 10942.
