Art. 676. Los puentes i caminos construidos a espensas de personas particulares, en tierras que les pertenecen, no son bienes de la Unión, aunque los dueños permitan su uso i goce a todos los habitantes de un territorio.

Lo mismo se estiende a cualesquiera otras construcciones hechas a espensas de particulares i en sus tierras, aun cuando su uso sea público, por permiso del dueño.
