Funciones del Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos. - El registrador de instrumentos públicos de oficina principal ejercerá la coordinación técnica y administrativa de las oficinas seccionales del círculo respectivo, de conformidad con los reglamentos que se expidan.

Para tal efecto, en cada oficina principal, podrán organizarse fondos especiales con recursos suficientes para atender el cumplimiento de la función de ordenar gastos conforme a la delegación del Superintendente.
