Las Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales están en la obligación de aceptar las afiliaciones de todos los empleadores y sus trabajadores y de los trabajadores independientes, de conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley 1562 de 2012, sin sujeción a la clase de riesgo o actividad económica que desarrollen.
