Los auxilios decretados por esta Ley se incluirán en el Presupuesto Nacional para la próxima vigencia o subsiguientes, y caso de que no se alcancen a incluir, se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional para que haga las apropiaciones y traslados del caso dentro del mismo Presupuesto, a fin de que esta Ley tenga pronto cumplimiento.
