Régimen de transición. Los proyectos de planes parciales que hubieren sido radicados antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, continuarán su trámite de adopción de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes al momento de su radicación, salvo que el interesado manifieste su interés de acogerse al nuevo procedimiento.

Régimen De Transición
Decreto 4300 de 2007 · por el cual se reglamentan las disposiciones relativas a planes parciales de que tratan los artículos 19 y 27 de la Ley 388 de 1997 y el artículo 80 de la Ley 1151 de 2007, se subrogan los artículos 1°, 5°, 12 y 16 del Decreto 2181 de 2006 y se dictan otras disposiciones.
