Article 63

La Prima De Actividad Para El Personal De Oficiales Y Suboficiales De Las Fuerzas Militares, Será Del Treinta Por Ciento (30%) De Su Sueldo Básico Y Se Aumentará En Un Uno Y Medio Por Ciento (1 ½%) Por Cada Año De Servicio Cumplido En El Grado Respectivo, Sin Que Exceda Del Treinta Y Seis Por Ciento (36%)

La Prima de actividad para el personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, será del treinta por ciento (30%) de su sueldo básico y se aumentará en un uno y medio por ciento (1 ½%) por cada año de servicio cumplido en el grado respectivo, sin que exceda del treinta y seis por ciento (36%).

Parágrafo

Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial sea ascendido al grado inmediatamente superior, se iniciará nuevamente la prima de actividad con el treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico, reajustándose anualmente en la forma prevista en este artículo.
