INTERESES POR MORA EN EL PAGO DE LAS MULTAS. El patrono, el afiliado, el asegurado, beneficiario o tercero, que sean sancionados con multas diferentes a las sucesivas diarias o a las que se hubieren causado por concepto de mora en el pago de los aportes y no las cancele dentro del plazo que para el efecto se señale en la resolución respectiva, deberá cancelar intereses moratorios mensuales a la tasa bancaria o proporcionalmente por fracción de mes, sobre el valor de la respectiva multa.
