ARTICULO 160. Mesada pensional de navidad. A partir de la vigencia del presente Estatuto, los ex alumnos en goce de pensión o sus beneficiarios, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una mesada de navidad igual a la pensión que hayan devengado en treinta (30) de noviembre del respectivo año, la que debe pagarse en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
