° El agente de Ejecuciones Fiscales de los ramos de Correos y Telégrafos dependerá directamente del Ministerio de Gobierno, y a éste deberá dar cuenta inmediata de las irregularidades que observe, tales como el funcionamiento de empleados de manejo en esos ramos que no hayan prestado las fianzas correspondientes, o las hayan prestado de manera ilegal o que sean insuficientes, por la calidad de los fiadores.
