Modifíquese el numeral 6 del artículo 3.1.1.10.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "6. Permitir, tolerar o incentivar el desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas y la promoción para el respectivo fondo de inversión colectiva, sin el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en el Capítulo 3 del Título 4 del presente Libro. Esta prohibición únicamente será aplicable a la Sociedad Administradora de fondos de inversión colectiva.".
