Mínimo vital de acueducto y alcantarillado. Se entiende que el mínimo vital de acueducto corresponde a 50 litros/habitante/día, tanto para zona urbana como rural, volumen que será equivalente para el servicio público de alcantarillado.Parágrafo. En los casos donde la disponibilidad hídrica impida la distribución de agua apta para consumo humano en cantidad correspondiente a 50 litros/habitante/día, se podrá garantizar el volumen faltante mediante los medios alternos establecidos en el artículo 2.3.10.1.2.2. del presente decreto, hasta alcanzar el mínimo vital requerido.
