REMISION DE COPIAS CUANDO SE HA COMETIDO HECHO PUNIBLE. Si el deudor sujeto al concordato o liquidación obligatoria, los acreedores, los asociados o sus administradores, hubieren incurrido en hechos posiblemente punibles, el Superintendente de Sociedades ordenará enviar las copias pertinentes al funcionario competente para su investigación, so pena de incurrir en causal de mala conducta.
