Utilización de las bandas por las categorías de licenciatarios. Las licencias de categoría Avanzada, Primera categoría o de experto y Segunda categoría o de Novicio, autorizan a su titular para operar equipos fijos, móviles y portátiles, únicamente en las bandas de frecuencias atribuidas al servicio de radioaficionado y radioaficionado por satélite, en las bandas de frecuencias designadas a cada categoría y en las condiciones técnicas establecidas por el presente título.
