Art. 13. Los individuos que aparezcan como deudores en los inventarios publicados, pero que se crean indebidamente incluidos en ellos, ocurrirán al Poder Ejecutivo, ántes de verificarse el remate, con los documentos que comprueben haber pagado la suma que aparezca deber, i que están a paz i salvo con el Tesoro.
