Para Efectos Fiscales El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir Del 1° De Enero De 1991
Decreto 3152 de 1990 · por el cual se aprueba el Presupuesto de Ingresos y Gastos de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, de las entidades privadas que administran fondos públicos del orden nacional y de las sociedades de economía mixta sujetas al régimen de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado para la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1991.
