Art. 12. Instalada la junta preparatoria, un empleado del Ministerio de Gobierno, entregará al Presidente un oficio del Ministro al cual debe acompañar una lista de miembros de la Cámara principales y suplentes, con expresión de los que se han excusado o manifestado que no aceptan. Se acompañará también una lista alfabética de los que dejen concurrir a las sesiones.
