El artículo 244 del Código Penal, quedará así:

Artículo 244 . Explotación o exploración ilícita minera o petrolera . El que ilícitamente explore, explote, transforme, beneficie o transporte recurso minero o yacimiento de hidrocarburos, incurrirá en prisión de uno a seis años y multa de cincuenta a trescientos salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
