Si pasare el tiempo señalado en el artículo anterior sin que se apele la sentencia, ésta se consultará con el respectivo superior siempre que la infracción por que se proceda tuviere señalada una sanción privativa de la libertad personal que exceda de un año. Si la infracción por que se procediere tuviere señalada otra sanción y la sentencia no fuere apelada, se mandará ejecutar.
