La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer el marco normativo aplicable a la reconexión de los servicios de telecomunicaciones que hayan sido suspendidos por falta de pago, con el fin de garantizar condiciones de acceso equitativas para los usuarios, proteger sus derechos y promover prácticas transparentes, proporcionales y no discriminatorias por parte de los proveedores de servicios de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones.
