La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales realizará todos los trámites previos y posteriores necesarios para el perfeccionamiento de los contratos que deban suscribir el Director de Impuestos Nacionales, el Ministro de Hacienda y Credito Público o el Presidente de la República según el caso.
