Proyectos que no cuentan con términos de referencia genéricos. Recibida la solicitud de términos de referencia y establecida la necesidad de hacer consulta previa, la autoridad ambiental competente al momento de expedirlos, informará al Ministerio del Interior sobre la participación de las comunidades indígenas y/o negras susceptibles de ser afectadas, en la elaboración de los estudios.
