Los Jueces de Circuito conocen en segunda instancia de los asuntos siguientes:

1º De los atribuidos en primera a los Jueces Municipales, y en los cuales procedan los recursos de apelación, o de hecho, o la consulta; y

2º De los recursos de apelación que se interpongan por las partes en los juicios a que se refiere el ordinal 4º del artículo 109 y de las consultas que hagan los empleados alli enumerados.
