Control de Aportantes. Los recaudadores de los recursos del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional deben remitir en medio magnético, al Administrador Fiduciario del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, un informe detallado por cada Subcuenta, de los afiliados y pensionados que deben aportar obligatoriamente a dicho fondo, a menos que el pago se realice mediante el Formulario único o Planilla Integrada de Liquidación de Aportes al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral, caso en el cual se remitirá copia de la misma, también en medio magnético.
