Cada vez que se presente una vacante en cargo de funcionario, la entidad nominadora comunicará la novedad, a más tardar dentro de los tres días siguientes, al correspondiente Consejo Superior o Seccional de la Judicatura. Recibida la lista de candidatos, procederá al nombramiento como se establece en el artículo 133 de la presente Ley.
