ARTICULO 8º. FORMA DE INTERCONEXION DE LAS REDES. La prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular se hará a través de dos redes para cada una de las áreas, con sus correspondientes polos técnicos de cubrimiento, establecidas en la ley, denominadas Red Celular A y Red Celular B, las cuales estarán comunicadas entre sí a través de la RTPC o de cualquier otro medio.
