º. El folio de matrícula inmobiliaria señalará, además, con cifras distintivas, la oficina de registro, el Departamento o Territorio Nacional y el Municipio de la ubicación del bien, y la cédula catastral que corresponda a éste dentro del municipio respectivo. Indicará, también, si el inmueble es urbano o rural, designándolo por su número o nombre, respectivamente, y describiéndolo por sus linderos, perímetro, cabida y demás elementos de identificación que puedan obtenerse. Si existieren plano y descripción catastral, estos se adosarán al folio como parte integrante del mismo.
