Los jueces regionales conocerán del delito de hurto y los conexos con el mismo, cuando aquél recaiga sobre petróleo y sus derivados que se sustraigan ilícitamente de un oleoducto o gasoducto o de sus fuentes inmediatas de abastecimiento, siempre que la cuantía exceda de diez (10) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes del momento de comisión del hecho.
