° Después de que termine el primer curso de la Escuela, no se podrá nombrar, ni se podrá dar de alta en la Policía Nacional como Oficial, Suboficial, Agente o Detective, sino a quienes hubieren hecho y aprobado los cursos correspondientes de preparación, salvo en los casos especiales previstos en la ley o en los Reglamentos orgánicos de la Policía Nacional.
